In a shocking incident, Anuradha Bali alias Fiza who was married to Chandramohan alias Mohammad Chand, the ex-Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana tried to commit suicide swallowing more than 50 sleeping pills.
She was rushed to a private nursing home soon after the incident. According to the reports, her condition is stable and out of danger, though, she is not in condition to talk to police officials regarding the matter.
Before this, Fiza had made hue and cry on Thursday saying that “Chand” was abducted by some armed persons.
But all that happened was probably a tiff between Chand and the woman for whom he left his wife and the larger Bhajan Lal family.
The missing leader was traced to New Delhi’s Greater Kailash later in the day and told police he walked out of his Chandigarh home after a tiff. “I am not a kid who can be kidnapped,” he told them, adding that he was on his way to Hardwar.
