Write the name of Guy's or Girl's Parents/ Guardians who may so ever is getting the cards printed.
then the wording under it can go like this

the Girl's Name
(Name of Girl's Parents)

Sehra Bandhi Time
address
Departure Of Baraat Time
for
Name of Place where wedding will happen
