Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal toady launched the Mobile Number Portability -- a scheme that allows cellphone users to switch operators without changing numbers -- in Haryana.
Former Telecom Minister A Raja had kept postponing the day of the roll-out, postponing the launch three times, till he was finally out of office. The MNP feature will soon be available in the rest of the country too.
